What do I have to bring to the Class? クラス当日何を持っていけばいいですか？

Accepted Answer

An apron, a hand towel, a pen and a food container for taking your cake to home. What to bring is sligthly different for each class so I will let you know more details in the confirmation messeage.
If you can't arrange a food container, I have cake boxes（＄４）. Feel free to ask me.
 
エプロン、ペン、ハンドタオル、ケーキをお持ち帰りになる容器が主な持ち物です。作るメニューによっても多少異なりますので、詳細はご予約された後に送られる確認メールをご覧ください。また、ケーキボックス（別途）もご用意できますので、ご入用の際はお声がけください。

What is the schedule for classes? クラスはいつありますか？

Accepted Answer

New monthly menu will be announced around the 10th of each month. You can check the date and book at Instagram or this website.  Group classes are always on weekdays, and start from 10am and take about 3 hours.
 
新しいメニューの募集開始は毎月10日前後に行っております。日程はブログに記載されています。グループクラスは平日10時半から約3時間半で行っています。お申し込みは、お菓子教室専用のラインまたはインスタグラムメッセージ、Eメールからお待ちしています。

How and when can I pay? お支払方法は？

Accepted Answer

You can pay on the day of the class. Payment options are cash or bank transfer.
For first-time attendees, please pay in advance by bank transfer. The details will be provided in the class confirmation message.
 
初めてご参加される方はクラスの3日前までに所定の銀行口座にお振込み頂いています。
2回目以降はクラスの当日に現金でもお支払いいだけます。
お支払方法は現金また事前銀行振り込みのいずれからかお選びいただけます。

What is the cancellation policy? キャンセル料はありますか？キャンセルの場合はどうすればいいですか？

Accepted Answer

If you would like to cancel the booking please let me know as soon as possible. 
Cancellation policy is
- If you cancel the day before the class, you will be required to pay 50% of the class fee.
- If you cancel on the day of the class, you will be required to pay 100% of the class fee.
 
Cancellation fees should be payed by bank transfer. 
 
キャンセルの場合にはなるべく早くお知らせください。
キャンセル料は以下の通りです。
クラス前日　クラス料金の５０％
クラス当日　クラス料金の１００％
キャンセル料は所定の銀行口座に振り込んでいただくようになります。

What is inculding in the price?　クラス料金には何が含まれますか？

Accepted Answer

Hands on class fees inculde all the baking ingredients for the day and the recipe to take home with you. Also during the class, a piece of the cake you will be making on the day will be served with coffee or tea.
You will take the cake that you baked to your home so you can share with your family and friends.
 
クラス料金に含まれているものは、材料・レシピ・試食とお飲み物です。
ご自分で作られたケーキはご自宅にお持ち帰ることができます。

Question 6

How can I get to class via public transport? 交通機関を使って行けますか？

Accepted Answer

Classes are in Williamstown, so the two nearest train stations are North Willamstown station and Newport station. Both stations are about a 20 to 25 min walk.
There are buses that stop nearby the class venue.
 
The class locartion will be advised via a message beforehand. 
 
交通機関を使ってお越しいただくこともできます。最寄り駅はNorth Williamstown Stationまたは、Newport Station です。どちらの駅でも徒歩20分から25分くらいかかります。Newport Station からはバスも出ています。ですが、間違えて違う方向のバスに乗ってしまうこともあるため、慣れない方は徒歩をお勧めしています。

お車の方は教室前の道路に路駐することができます。

You can park your car on the street.
 
路駐駐車になります。道路の空いている場所へ停めて下さい。

Accepted Answer

No. Sorry I don't take cake orders.

Can I bring my kids with me? 子供を連れての参加はできますか？

Accepted Answer

You can bring your kids with you but you must supervise them yourself.  You will also be liable for incidental damage or injury.
 
お子様連れのご参加も可能です。ただ、お子様の監督はお母さまにお願いしております。また、お子様の怪我等には一切責任を負えませんことをご了承願います。
