１．ご予約について
月替わりのメニューは毎月20日頃に出しています。
予約の際は、
Ａ．お名前（フルネーム）
Ｂ．希望日
Ｃ．お子様連れの有無
Ｄ．携帯番号
以上をお伺いしています。
アレルギーなどがある方はそちらも記載の程、よろしくお願いします。
2.クラスの当日について
（遅刻について）
当日、クラスに遅れそうな場合は、お菓子教室専用LINE（ ID:@vou7861q）または携帯まで連絡をお願いします。
FBのメッセンジャーは確認が遅れますので、当日の緊急のメッセージは避けて下さい。
予定開始から10分ほどは、お待ちしますが、それ以上遅れる場合は先に進める場合もございます。ご了承下さい。
（当日の入室について）
クラス当日の入室はクラス開始の10分前から可能です。
（お子様連れの方へ）
お子様連れの方は、お子様の怪我に十分ご注意下さい。
特にオーブン周りは熱くなっています。
お子様の監督は保護者の方に任せております。
怪我の場合は、できる限りの処置はいたしますが、一切の責任を負えませんことをご理解下さい。
（お支払いについて）
初めての方はクラスの3日前までに所定の口座にお振込み頂きます。2回目以降は当日に現金、または銀行振り込みの中からお好きな方法でお支払い頂いています。
3.キャンセルについて
キャンセル料は以下となります。
クラス2日前・前日 クラス料金の５０％
クラス当日 クラス料金の１００％
キャンセル待ちの方で空きが埋まった場合はキャンセル料は頂いていません。また、同じ月での振替ができた場合もキャンセル料は頂きません。
キャンセル料は振込頂いています。
＊キャンセル料を頂いた方にはレシピをメールでお送りします。材料等はお渡しできませんのでご了承下さい。
（教室都合のキャンセル）
体調不良や家族の不幸等で、やむ負えなくクラスをキャンセルする場合があります。
その場合、あらかじめ頂いている携帯番号へテキストまたはLINEでメッセージを送らせていただきます。
当日の朝、キャンセルのメッセージをお送りすることもございますのでご了承下さい。
教室都合のキャンセルの場合は、次回のクラス参加のレッスン料から＄１０を値引きいたします。
4.教室内の撮影について
SNSやブログに教室のことを記載される場合、個人情報やレシピの記載はご遠慮いただいております。
他の生徒さんのお顔が写っている場合は、当日にご本人にご確認下さい。
ご自分の作品をSNS等に載せることは大丈夫です。
教室でも、写真を撮ることがあります。SNSやブログに載せて欲しくない場合はお知らせ下さい。
当日、こちらでも確認するようにいたします。
5.その他
教室でお渡しするレシピのコピーや他の人への譲渡はお控え下さい。
教室は基本的に女性のみとなっています。
現在は男性お一人でプライベートクラスはご遠慮いただいています。ご夫婦やご家族での参加はできますので、ご相談ください。
毎月のグループクラスには男性も参加して頂いています。
同業者の方でご参加されたい場合は、事前にその旨をお伝え下さい。また、飲食店を経営されているかたも事前にお申し出下さい。
教室でお渡しましたレシピはご家庭でお作り頂くためのものです。無断でお店のメニューや商用でご使用になるのはご遠慮下さい。
貴重品には十分ご注意下さい。
万一、盗難や破損などの事故が発生した場合、損害賠償などの責任は負いかねます。
教室での営業行為や政治宗教の勧誘は固くお断りします。
クラス開催日に、お一人しか集まらなかった場合、お日にちの変更を提案させていただくことがあります。プライベートでも開催いたしますが、ご相談させて頂くことがある事をご了承下さい。
/ Baking Class Policy
1. Booking
New monthly menu is announced around 10th day
of every month.
When you book, please tell me;
A. Your full name.
B. The date you want to come.
C. If you are to bring your kid/s or not (childs age and sex).
D. Your mobile phone number.
If you or your family have any food allergies, please let me know when you book.
2. On the day of Class
If you are late, please send me an SMS. Please DO NOT send e-mail.
If you are late more than 10 min, we might start without you.
You can enter the venue 10 min prior to starting the class.
You can bring your kids with you but you must supervise them yourself. You will also be liable for incidental damage or injury.
Payment options are cash, credit card or bank transfer.
For first-time attendees, please pay in advance by bank transfer by three day before the class.The details will be provided in the class confirmation message.
3. Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel the booking please let me know as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy is
- If you cancel the day before the class, you will be required to pay 50% of the class fee.
- If you cancel on the day of the class, you will be required to pay 100% of the class fee.
Cancellation fees should be payed by bank transfer.
After I confirm receipt of the payment, I will send you the recipe via e-mail. Please understand that you will not receive the ingredients.
Class might be cancelled by Little Rabbit. When this happens, I will send you SMS, even as late as the day of the class. Payments in advance will be refunded. I will give you $10 discount for your next class or a rescheduled class.
4. Photo at class
You are welcome to post about Little Rabbit baking classes to your social media, but please ensure no recipe information or the personal details of other students is disclosed.
If someone else's face is in the photo or video you want to post, please check with them if it can be posted or not.
In the class, I will take some photos. Most photos will be of your hands, and not your face. If you don't want me to post photos of you to the Little Rabbit sites, please let me know.
5. Other
Do not copy or give the recipe to others.
Classes are mainly for women, so please understand you may be refused if male.
Couples will be fine to join.
Please understand that these baking classes are prepared by, and for, women. We reserve the right to refuse any students.
If you are running a food business, please let me know when you book.
The recipes provided are for making at home and they are not for on-selling or food businesses.
Please DO NOT use any recipes for business without ask me.
Be careful of your belongings when at the venue.
Little Rabbit will not be liable for anything items lost, stolen or damaged. If any lost items are recovered, you will be advised by SMS and they can be collected at your next class.
Please do not solicit other students for any other business or religious activities.
Depending on booking numbers, you may be asked to move to another class day that is convenient to both parties.

もし、再生できないなど問題がありましたら、別途対応させて頂きます。
メールアドレスなどお間違えがないようにお願いしたします。
購入後のメールが迷惑メールホルダーに紛れ込んでしまうことがあります。
メールが届かない場合は迷惑ホルダーの確認もお願いします。

●動画やレシピの転送・コピー・複製・再配布・他人との共有・一般公開等はお控えください。
●動画レッスンでは、心身の健康に対する一切の責任を負いかねます。
●動画レッスンで使用したレシピ及び調理法などについての情報の著作権利は、お菓子教室Little Rabbit にあります。
●こちらの動画レッスンはご家庭で楽しむものとなっています。レシピの商法利用は固くお断りします。
